At Edifier, we are committed to providing superior audio experiences; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Edifier account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Receive Authorization

  Our support team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your audio equipment in its original box, attach the provided shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
